About Me
I’m a North Carolina native, raised in Waynesville, and living in Columbia, SC. Two wonderful parents, David and Rebecca, raised my brother and me to value integrity, community, and hard work. I attended Gardner-Webb University, where I completed two bachelor’s degrees (Computer Science & Philosophy) while leading the swim team to 4 consecutive record-breaking seasons and a NCAAs qualification. I’m proud to be the first-ever winner of the NCAA’s D1 Elite 90 from outside of a ‘big 5’ conference.
I received an MBA from GWU’s Godbold College of Business while working as the Graduate Assistant (research & teaching) for the inaugural Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) program. Unable to relinquish my love for high-intensity, competitive swimming, I coached and trained with the University of South Carolina Gamecock Aquatics pro swim team through the 2021 Olympic Trials.
I’m passionate about way too many things—entrepreneurship, Decentralized finance (DeFi), web automation/development, digital strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), leadership, swimming, philosophy, networking, artificial intelligence, nuclear power—the list goes on and on.
